The service
SnipSmart is a Chrome extension and web dashboard that helps you manage text snippets and receive AI-powered suggestions based on your browser context.
SnipSmart is developed and operated by InPresenceLab, based in Indonesia.
By joining the early access waitlist or using SnipSmart, you agree to these terms.
Accounts and access
You must provide a valid email address to join the waitlist or create an account.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
You must be at least 13 years old to use SnipSmart.
Acceptable use
You may use SnipSmart for lawful purposes only.
You may not use SnipSmart to generate or distribute spam, phishing content, or content that violates the rights of others.
You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the extension or web app.
You may not resell or sublicense access to SnipSmart without written permission from InPresenceLab.
Subscriptions and billing
The Free plan is free with no time limit. Feature restrictions apply.
The Pro plan is billed monthly or annually. Founding member pricing is locked in for the lifetime of the account as long as the subscription remains active.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time.
We reserve the right to change pricing for new subscribers with 30 days notice.
Your content
You own the snippets and content you create in SnipSmart.
By storing content in SnipSmart, you grant us a limited license to store and process it solely to provide the service to you.
We will not use your content for advertising, AI training, or any purpose beyond operating the service.
Availability and changes
SnipSmart is provided as-is. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
We may change or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, InPresenceLab is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of SnipSmart.
Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
Disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation first. If unresolved, disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Indonesian courts.
Changes to these terms
We will notify you by email at least 14 days before material changes to these terms take effect.
Continued use of SnipSmart after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
